Wax Your Shovels for Winter
Handy tip for the day – Want to keep snow from sticking to your snow shovels?
Directions:
1.) Apply a coat of floor wax paste or a heavy car wax paste to both metal and plastic shovels.
2.) Let the paste dry to a white residue and wipe clean. (Best on a room temperature shovel)
3.) Will keep snow from sticking to plastic, aluminum and all type of metal shovel surfaces and also prevents rusting of metal shovels.
4.) Reapply if the snow starts to stick again during the season.
