There is nothing better than pairing this recipe with fresh Wisconsin mozzarella cheese balls. I’m telling ya, Wisconsin cheese is the bomb. Pure perfection! But, I will not hold it against you if you have another kind.
Directions
1.) Skewer up your favorite mozzarella cheese balls, basil, and cherry tomatoes.
2.) Mix up the Marinade recipe below or one to your liking.
3.) Place the skewers & marinade in a gallon-size zip-top bag and refrigerate all day.
4.) When you pass the refrigerator during the day, give the skewers a rotation
Tomato Basil Mozzarella Skewers Dressing
6 tablespoons olive oil
6 tablespoons white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons snipped fresh chives
4 teaspoons honey mustard
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Place all the ingredients into a screw-top jar and shake. Place your tomato basil mozzarella skewers in a gallon-size freezer bag and drizzle the mixture over the appetizers.
